PC gaming is slowly becoming much more noticed around the world. Now, i?m not talking about the regular PC only games which we all mostly play, but instead i?m talking about those large franchises which are played on the consoles like the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and so on. These big titles are all being released onto PC?s and are becoming more known and played. Although, I think console gaming won?t die off completely, but my ?guess is in the future, PC?s will be handling most of the gaming, not to say it already isn?t being used massively as a gaming platform.
Now, many people say it?s hard to play on a PC, especially for the first person shooters like the Call of duty series, which many people complain about, but, they are actually wrong. A PC can be used the same as a console, here is an example of a type of setup you could use to get the same luxury of a console:
- Use a HDMI to connect your PC to your TV
- Buy a wireless controller for PC
There you have it, that doesn?t sound too different from a console now does it? My point here is that we could have a 2 in 1 system rather than going out and buying a PC just for regular PC use and then buying a console for gaming. Why not just invest in a better computer (preferably gaming) and have 1 item?
These was just a quick thought of mine about how the future of gaming lies regarding console gaming.
